1. Our role
Marketdogs provides listings and information about dogs. Buyers and sellers contact and contract with each other directly. The website is not a party to the sale, an escrow provider or a delivery guarantor unless a separate service and agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, use accounts and contact details you are entitled to use, protect your password and report suspected misuse. Users who cannot legally contract independently must obtain consent or act through an appropriate legal representative as required.
3. Posting rights
Ordinary members may post in the dog-sale category without prior approval. Articles and other content categories are restricted to authorized staff. Immediate publication does not mean a listing has been checked or endorsed. You must own the animal or be authorized to advertise it, and have rights to the text and images.
4. Prohibited content
Do not post scams, impersonation, stolen images, unauthorized personal information, spam, unlawful offers or content promoting animal cruelty. Describe prices, conditions, health and history truthfully based on what you know. Do not claim tests, pedigree papers or certifications without evidence.
5. Before a transaction
Buyers should check the seller, animal, documents, payment and delivery terms directly. ThaiPedigree information is not conclusive proof that the advertiser owns the animal, nor a microchip or physical examination by staff or a clinic. Marketdogs does not provide those examinations. Articles are not veterinary diagnosis or individual veterinary advice.
6. Moderation and complaints
Staff may request details, request corrections, hide or remove listings, or restrict accounts where there are reasonable safety or policy concerns. Users may report listings and request review with supporting evidence through our contact page. Removal does not determine legal rights between parties.
7. Content rights and responsibility
You retain rights to your content and permit the site to store, display and resize or format it as needed for the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawful use. The site does not endorse user claims or guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy and changes
Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing or every processing purpose. Material changes will be communicated with relevant dates. Contact the team about questions or disputes. Applicable protections under Thai law remain in effect.
