1. Scope and responsibility
This notice covers Marketdogs, including information imported from the former website. The operator must confirm the data controller’s legal name and address. Use our contact page for privacy questions; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
2. Information used
Account information includes names, usernames, email addresses and hashed passwords. Listings include text, photos, prices, locations and contact details provided by users. We also process favorites, contact messages, reports, moderation records and session information such as IP addresses and browser details. Some accounts and listings were imported from the previous Marketdogs system.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Necessary information supports accounts, authentication, listings and service requests. Security and report information helps prevent misuse, with regard to users’ rights. Information may also be processed to meet legal obligations. Activities requiring consent must be explained separately. Without required information, registration, posting or handling a request may not be possible.
4. Disclosure and providers
Seller names, listing content, photos and displayed contact details may be accessible to visitors and search engines. Do not share others’ information without authority. Staff access information for their duties; hosting, email or storage providers may process what is needed for the service. Providers, processing countries and safeguards for international transfers must be confirmed before production use. Disclosure to authorities requires a lawful basis and appropriate scope.
5. Cookies and ThaiPedigree
Your cookie choice is stored for 180 days and can be changed in Cookie settings. Listing images remain available regardless of this choice. Legacy images from pic.marketdogs.com are fetched and cached by our server without forwarding browser cookies or passing upstream cookies back to you. Accepting does not enable new analytics or advertising; new services will require fresh consent before activation.
Necessary cookies and integration status
Cookies support sessions, security and language preferences. Blocking them may affect login or forms. Any future analytics or advertising cookies requiring consent must be explained and offered as a choice before use. ThaiPedigree integration is being prepared; this does not mean API data exchange or ownership verification is operational. Data exchanged, purposes and disconnection options must be explained when integration launches.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained as needed for service, security, disputes and legal obligations. Specific periods for accounts, listings, messages, logs and backups must be set before a final policy is adopted. Removing or archiving a public listing does not immediately erase all system or backup records. Access is restricted, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access or copies, correction, portability, erasure, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent for consent-based activities without affecting earlier lawful processing. Submit requests through our contact page. Necessary identity checks may be required. You may complain to Thailand’s Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee under applicable law.
8. Changes
Material changes will be identified in an updated notice and communicated appropriately. Continued use is not blanket consent to new purposes that legally require separate consent.
